Although, the present levels of entrapment will mean that most drivers under the age of 30 are unlikely to still be holding a licence by the time they reach the age of 50, the resulting drop in revenue can be offset by fines for illegal parking. To achieve this the MGRSEC has a Yellow Line Road Marking attachment which can easily apply parking restrictions to the few roads so far unaffected.
